Canned
abalone is Abalone Direct's specialty, with 6, 8 or 10 pieces
per can, drained weight 213 gram (7½ oz). An ideal size
for an individual serving at a banquet table. Order
in any amount you wish - from one can, to one carton (24 cans)
to one pallet (50 cartons).
For
small quantities within the UK, we can deliver by mail within
three days. Larger quantities are delivered by courier to
your door.

 Since
2004, Abalone-Direct has been the supplier of abalone to the
country's only Chinese Masterchef Competition run by Westminster's
Kingsway College.
This
year, Tuan Bau Truong from the Royal China Club in Baker Street
won the title with last year's winner, Alex Chow of Kai Mayfair,
in second place.
The
winning chef was judged on an abalone starter, a duck dish,
a lobster dish, a rice dish and a vegetable dish. After scooping
the £1,000 prize on offer, Mr Troung said "I am
very happy to have won this competition".
